A semi-true story of a dad & husband's pursuit of Ironman

Follow me on my journey to the finish line of the 2013 Ironman Florida in Panama City Beach while juggling a career, marriage, and fatherhood along the way!

A forty-something middle of the pack style guy who took up running at 38, completed his first triathlon on his fortieth birthday, finished Ironman Miami 70.3 at forty-one, and made the committment to become an Ironman in 2013!  Along the way my wife became a runner and our toddler even fell in love with races - completing his very own kid's race!

A family that runs together, stays together - Life is Good!
